By installing, accessing, or using the Zoolki Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zoolki regarding your use of the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Zoolki is a browser extension designed to assist users in filling out web forms by converting natural language text into structured data fields. The Service analyzes text provided by you and attempts to map it to form inputs on third-party websites.

• The Service is provided "as is" and acts as a productivity tool.
• You retain full control and responsibility for reviewing all data before it is submitted to any third-party form.
• Zoolki does not automatically submit forms on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into forms using Zoolki. The automated mapping provided by the Service may not always be 100% accurate.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or data privacy laws).

We do not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

In no event shall Zoolki, its developer, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Zoolki reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Zoolki shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
