Privacy Policy

We believe your data belongs to you. Here's how we protect it.

Last updated: February 21, 2026

01. Overview

Zoolki ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome extension and related services (collectively, the "Service") collect, use, and disclose information about you.

Core Principle: Zoolki is designed to be privacy-first. We do not sell your personal data. We strictly limit data collection to what is necessary to provide the form-filling functionality.

02. Information We Process

We process different types of information to make the Service work:

text_fields
User-Provided Text

The text you paste into the Zoolki sidebar for processing. This is processed temporarily to identify form fields.

Page Context

Information about the form fields on the current webpage (e.g., field names, IDs, labels) to enable accurate mapping.

analytics
Usage Data

Anonymous metrics about how you use the extension (e.g., number of forms filled, error rates) to help us improve performance.

03. Data Storage

We prioritize local processing whenever possible.

  • Local Storage: Your custom preferences and any "saved snippets" are stored locally on your device within the Chrome extension storage.
  • Transient Processing: Text submitted for analysis is processed in memory and is not permanently stored on our servers. Once the extraction is complete and returned to your browser, the raw text is discarded from our processing cache.

04. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to facilitate our operations. These providers have limited access to your information to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.

Currently, we utilize standard secure cloud infrastructure providers for API processing and payments. We do not share your text data with advertising networks.

05. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

06. Your Responsibility

While we strive to protect your data, you are responsible for the sensitive information you choose to process. We recommend reviewing the output of the extension before submitting any form, especially those containing highly sensitive personal identification numbers or financial data. Zoolki provides tools for manual review; please use them.

07. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the extension or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revisions were made.
